Girl Powered: The Spice Girls

Channel 4 will air a Spice Girls documentary next year to mark the band's 25th anniversary.

Girl Powered: The Spice Girls will celebrate a quarter of a century since Wannabe, the group's debut single.

The show is set to feature archival footage and revealing interviews.

Announcing the news on Twitter yesterday Channel 4 said:

'Spice Up Your Life with new documentary 'Girl Powered: The Spice Girls' Through archive footage and revealing interviews, this series will tell the complete story of the best-selling girl band of all time - coming soon to @Channel4. Zigga Zig Ah!'

The announcement follows recent rumours of another world tour.
According to reports, Mel C, Mel B, Geri Horner, and Emma Bunton are planning shows across Europe, America and Australia for 2021.
