Taskmaster Season 20 Unveils Star-Studded Line‑Up of Comedians and Icons

Channel 4 has just revealed the impressive cast for Season 20 of Taskmaster, promising viewers a fresh wave of laughs and creative chaos — coinciding perfectly with the show's 10th UK anniversary since its debut in July 2015.

This year’s contestants are a brilliant mix:

• Ania Magliano – the witty Cambridge Footlights alum returning to Edinburgh with a nominated show.
• Maisie Adam – panel-show favourite who's lit up QI, Have I Got News For You and co-hosted a Women’s Euros series on Radio 4.
• Phil Ellis – award-winning stand‑up star of BBC Radio 4’s Phil Ellis Is Trying, known for his joyful and chaotic Fringe shows.
• Reece Shearsmith – League of Gentlemen co‑creator and Inside No. 9 legend, with a rich career in TV and film.
• Sanjeev Bhaskar – celebrated actor/writer from Goodness Gracious Me, The Kumars, and ITV’s Unforgotten.
