A woman in her late 30s has been arrested and charged in connection with an aggravated burglary in Clongriffin.
An apartment was broken into in the Railway Road area at around 6.40pm yesterday evening by a woman armed with knife.
She was disturbed inside the flat and fled the scene.
No one was injured during the break-in.
Gardaí later arrested a woman, who was taken to Coolock Garda Station.
She has since been charged in relation to the incident and is due to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice this morning.
