More than eighty e-scooters and bikes, believed to be stolen, have been recovered in Dublin.

It followed recent searches by Gardaí in the South Dublin area as part of an ongoing investigation.

Over thirty of the electric scooters and bicycles have been identified and returned to their owners.

Gardaí are now looking for the public's help to reunite the rest with those who originally bought them.

Anyone who thinks officers may have their bike or scooter is being asked to contact Kevin Street Garda station on 01 666 9400.

Gardaí are advising the public to always take a photo of their scooter or bike, and where possible, have them marked to help with identification if they're ever taken.
