The Dublin Renters Union will hold a protest outside the Green Party's HQ this afternoon, calling for a ban on evictions to be extended.
The group says the measure should remain in place until next year to prevent a tsunami of evictions.

The Dublin Renters Union says the draft programme for Government is a rehash of the same failed housing policies and will offer no real security or affordability to renters.
The demonstration is due to begin at 3pm on Suffolk Street in Dublin.
