The plot thickens....
Its being reported that while Zayn has quit One Direction he has not quit Syco, Simon Cowell's record label.
He is said to be staying on with the label as a solo artist.
Simon apparently made it clear that while he supports and understands Zayn's decision to leave the boys, he will remain in the Syco Family for his future projects.
