The Cannes Film Festival is under fire for apparently refusing to allow women to wear flat shoes on the red carpet.
There are reports women have been turned away unless they swapped their shoes to high heels.
Shoes of all shapes and sizes WERE on show at the 'Celebrate Women in Film' event at the festival.
