Iggy Azaela turned up at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards on Sunday night looking a bit different. She's sparked rumours that she has undergone plastic surgery on her face. People are suggesting that she got both a nose job and a chin implant.
She performed, alongside Britney Spears, at the awards show but people are talking about her face more than her performance.
She added fuel to the fire by uploading a picture to Instagram with the caption 'Loving my new look'.
