Two men have been arrested in connection with the murder of Keane Mulready Woods.

The teenager was killed and his body dismembered as part of the ongoing Drogheda feud.

The 17 year old was last seen alive in the Louth town on January 12th.

In the days that followed, his partial remains were found in a sports bag in Coolock and a burnt out car near Croke Park.

The teenager's funeral took place last Thursday and exactly a week on Gardaí have made a significant breakthrough in their investigation.

Detectives have arrested two men this morning in connection with Keane's murder.

They are being detained at Drogheda and Balbriggan Garda Stations.

The men can be questioned for up to seven days.
