Mariah Carey’s much-anticipated sixteenth studio album, Here for It All, is set for release on 26 September 2025 via her independent imprint Mariah in partnership with media company Gamma.
The album comprises 11 tracks, blending her classic ballads with contemporary flair. Notable collaborations include Anderson .Paak on “Play This Song,” Shenseea and Kehlani on the bubbly “Sugar Sweet,” and a soulful gospel moment with The Clark Sisters on “Jesus I Do.” The title track, “Here for It All,” closes the record.

The album’s rollout has already seen the release of two singles:
“Type Dangerous” premiered in June and samples Eric B. & Rakim, marking Carey’s 50th entry on the Billboard Hot 100.
“Sugar Sweet”, featuring Shenseea and Kehlani, dropped in July and gives the album a summery, R&B-infused flavour.
Executive produced by L.A. Reid—continuing a creative partnership that began with The Emancipation of Mimi (2005)—the album marks her return to full-length projects since 2018’s Caution. Carey has described it as “summer-y,” personal, and sprinkled with signature ballads reflective of her life over the past decade.
