One Direction have thanked fans after their final X Factor performance. They sang History and Infinity and afterwards posted a Twitter video to thank fans for all their support.
Liam said: "Obviously you guys have made all this happen for us, and we can't believe the way that you have supported us over the last five years and you know today's a very special day for us because it's like the last part of our first chapter."
