Could Maya Jama be taking on a new role?
It’s being reported that Maya Jama is poised to join the judging the panel on The Masked Singer, replacing Rita Ora.
Rita Ora is reportedly moving to the US version of the popular TV show and that Maya is being lined up to take her place.
“This is a huge deal for Maya, who’s now one of telly’s fastest-rising stars. It puts her in front of a huge Saturday night audience every week on a show watched by everyone from kids to pensioners,” a TV insider for the Sun reported.
“Up to now she’s had a following which is very young due to Love Island, but signing for The Masked Singer would take her career into a whole new league,” they continued.
Earlier this year Rita was on the panel of The Masked Singer US, filling in for Nicole Scherzinger while she was off.
So she must be itching to spend some time in the US and bring her wild guessing to that version of the show 😂
