Bridgerton Renewed for Seasons 5 and 6 Ahead of Season 4 Premiere

Netflix has confirmed that its hit period drama, Bridgerton, will return for both a fifth and sixth season, even before the debut of its fourth season.

The announcement was made on May 14, 2025, through a message from the show's enigmatic narrator, Lady Whistledown, shared on social media.

Season 4, set to premiere in 2026, will focus on Benedict Bridgerton (Luke Thompson) and his romantic journey with Sophie Beckett (Yerin Ha), a storyline inspired by Julia Quinn's novel An Offer from a Gentleman. The series has previously adapted the novels out of order, keeping fans intrigued about which sibling's story will unfold next.
