Ireland's first LEON restaurant will open in Temple Bar this May.

The chain, which calls itself the Naturally Fast Food brand, has more than 50 outlets across the UK.

It plans to open 20 restaurants in Ireland by 2023, creating 600 jobs.

The first of those will open in Temple Bar this May, where Eager Beaver used to be on Crown Alley.

The London based chain will open a second LEON outlet in Dundrum Town Centre later in 2019.

Stuart Fitzgerald, one of the men responsible for bringing LEON to Ireland, said:

"Temple Bar is a melting pot of culture, creativity and individuality which makes it the perfect setting for LEON’s Irish launch".

“LEON is all about magic fast food, made with natural flavours and ingredients, served to you super quick with amazing, warm service in a welcoming environment", he added.
