A Garda Spokesperson said, "Gavin has been located safe and well. We would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance in this matter. No further action is required."
Gardaí in North Dublin are seeking the public's help in finding a missing 27 year old man.
Gavin Neary, from Darndale, is 6 foot 4 inches tall and slim with brown hair.
He has been missing since Wednesday.
The 27 year old was last seen wearing a green jacket, grey tracksuit bottoms and white runners.
