Dublin 6W is the capital's most expensive postcode to buy a three-bedroom house.
The average three-bed costs €1,058,000 in the area home to the likes of Terenure and Templeogue.
Dublin 1 is the cheapest postcode, according to MyHome.ie, with an average three-bed costing 215,000 euro.
12 of Dublin's 20 postcodes require an annual salary of over 100,000 euro to buy a house with three beds.
Yesterday, figures from MyHome.ie found most properties were costing people eight times their annual salary.

For those purchasing properties in Dublin 6W, for example, an annual salary of at least 238,050 euro is needed for a three bed.
The figures, compiled by Dublin Live, show aside from Dublin 6W - Dublin 6 is the second most expensive area to buy property.
That's followed by Dublin 8, Dublin 18 and Dublin 14.
On the other side of the spectrum, Dublin 1 is the cheapest area with Dublin 3 and Dublin 2 second and third least expensive.
Most of these postcodes cover parts of Dublin city centre.
