Hamilton is coming to Disney+
Hit Broadway musical Hamilton is coming to Disney+!
Earlier this year creator and star Lin-Manuel Miranda announced that a Hamilton movie was hitting theatres in October 2021.
However, Disney+ have swooped in and secured a summer 2020 release.
It's widely known that tickets to the show are like gold dust.
And the Hamilton that we'll get to watch from the safety of our sitting rooms will feature the original Broadway cast!
It was recorded back in 2016 at New York's Richard Rodgers Theatre.
Miranda tweeted last week confirming the news.
He said, 'It’s only a matter of time... Our Hamilton film. THIS July 3rd. On Disney+.'

The show first premiered in January 2015, inspired by the 2004 biography Alexander Hamilton by historian Ron Chernow.
It's gone on to win 11 Tony Awards and even the 2016 Pulitzer Prize for Drama.
We're in for a real treat!
Hamilton the movie comes to Disney+ on 3rd July this year.
