Yesterday, the Princess of Wales shared a photo of herself and her three children in celebration of Mothers Day.

But, it didn't take the internet long to start spotting some inconsistencies within the photograph...
Some of the words biggest photography agencies commented on the appearance of the photograph, saying that it has been edited (and not very well)...

Kate took to X (formally Twitter) to make a statement on the edited photo saying:
"Like many amateur photographers, I do occasionally experiment with editing. I wanted to express my apologies for any confusion the family photograph we shared yesterday caused.
Kate signed off the statement saying “I hope everyone celebrating had a very happy Mother’s Day. C”
The entire situation has had conspiracy theorists driven nuts over the last 24 hours!
