Irish presenter and former Bear Grylls champion Vogue Williams is taking on a whole new challenge—she’s starring in this year’s Celebrity Gladiators special.
The episode, set in Sheffield Arena, features her alongside Joe Wicks, Nicola Adams OBE, and Sam Thompson, all ready to go head-to-head with the Gladiators in classic TV show battles.
This year, BBC is swapping jokes for grit—the celebrity edition is packed with athletes rather than comedians, promising a more serious and athletic showdown. Vogue said she’s living out a childhood dream stepping into the arena, while the others bring serious fitness cred to the challenges.

Highlights include legendary Gladiator events like Duel, The Wall, and the ultimate obstacle course The Eliminator—all hosted once again by the father-and-son duo Bradley and Barney Walsh. The celebrity show will air just before the new regular Gladiators season, confirmed for 2026.
