Ora says she's there to be a 'positive' judge - while Cheryl says she's found working with Rita 'really funny'.
Cheryl also says she wants to shake up the contestant categories on The X Factor this year.
The singer wants a judge to mentor a girl, a group, a boy and an over 25 contestant.
