The Scarface remake is definitely happening. This time round, it will be set in Los Angeles instead of Miami and will explore an immigrant's rise in the criminal underworld.
It's reported Straight Outta Compton writer Jonathan Herman has been signed up to do the rewrite. Al Pacino starred in the original back movie back in 1983.
