Mr Tayto opened his pop-up crisp sandwich cafe on Wicklow Street today.
Customers can chose from 4 different flavours - The Cheese and Onion Classic, The Smokey Bacon Butty, The Salt and Vinegar Sarnie or the Prawn Cocktail Treat.
1 euro from every 2 euro sambo will be donated to Dublin's Simon Community.
