The Modern Family star and the True Blood actor are tying the knot at a hotel in Florida's Palm Beach tomorrow - and festivities are already underway.
It's understood a welcome party was held last night.
Sofia's tweeted a picture of the couple and their florist - with the caption "We r almost ready!!".
