It's reported One Direction will take a break next year, after they release their fifth album.
Simon Cowell is apparently keen to keep the band together long term and according to The Mirror wants to give them a break so they come back stronger. It's believed Harry Styles wants to work on a solo album, while Louis Tomlinson wants to fulfil his dream of becoming an X Factor judge.
However, last night a spokesperson for the band played down the rumours. And while they didn't flat out deny the story they said it's 'speculation and not based on any facts". They added: "The band are excited about their brand new fifth album and their upcoming tour."
