Learner drivers are waiting an average of 10 weeks for a test, according to Parc Road Safety Group.

However figures compiled by the organisation show big differences across Dublin.

Learners are waiting around 10 weeks for a test in Raheny, eight weeks in Killester and six weeks in Finglas.

The lowest average wait time in the capital is in Mulhuddart Maple at just two weeks.

But if you're in Charlestown you will face a 17 week wait, while those in Mulhuddart will be waiting over four months.
