The soundtrack to the summer of 2015 in Ireland is really starting to take shape, with the announcement of a number of outdoor gigs and festivals.
Forbidden Fruit will kick the season off in Kilmainham from May 29th, where acts like Fatboy Slim, Wu Tang Clan and Cyril Hahn will take to stages.
Foo Fighters will headline at Slane on May 30th, with rumors a second act will play another date at the Co. Meath Castle.
Paolo Nutini will perform to crowds at Marlay Park on July 4th, supported by Dublin's own Imelda May.
Later in July, Longitude will take over Marlay Park for two days with acts like Hozier, the Chemical Brothers and Years and Years already confirmed for the festival.
Electric Picnic will close the summer in its usual spectacular style at Stradbally Hall in Co. Laois.
Roisin Murphy and George Ezra are among the first few acts that have been confirmed for the festival which runs from September 4th to 6th this year.
