Coronation Street has been named best Serial Drama at the National Television Awards for the third year running.
It came just days after one of the show's biggest ever storylines - as the character Hayley took her own life after being diagnosed with terminal cancer.
Julie Hesmondhalgh, who plays her also won the best Serial Drama Performance award.
