Amy Poehler is coming to Dublin on Friday to receive the Gold Medal of Honorary Patronage from Trinity's Philosophical Society.
Poehler rose to fame while featuring on Saturday Night Live in the early 2000's. She has 15 Emmy Award nominations under her belt and a Golden Globe award for her role in the TV show Parks and Recreation. She has established herself as one of the best female comedians.
You will have seen her in movies such as Mean Girls, Blades of Glory and Baby Mama. She's also hosted the Golden Globes two years in a row with Tina Fey.
You have to be a Trinity Student and be a member of the Philosophical Society for your chance to get tickets.
