Westlife have sent fans into a frenzy this Friday morning. The band has revealed they'll release their highly anticipated new album Spectrum in September.

Shane Filan took to Twitter earlier to announce the news alongside a photo of the album's artwork.

"So happy to announce that our new album ’Spectrum’ is coming on 6th September!", he wrote.

"You can now pre-order ’Spectrum’, featuring the singles 'Hello My Love' and 'Better Man!

"We've been working so hard behind the scenes and can't wait for you to hear this", Filan added in a separate tweet.

Westlife released 'Hello My Love', their first single in eight years, back in January.
