If you've managed to beat the odds, and you're still keeping the head down for January, you might be planning a weekend spent almost entirely on your sofa this weekend.

Graham Norton has Matthew Perry on his sofa, who is going to break a few Friends fans' hearts with an update about next month's reunion.

Gemma Arterton, Miriam Margolyes and Jack Savoretti will also be on for the chat on BBC 1 Friday night at 10:35PM.

The trusty old Late Late Show is on RTE1 from 9:35 for seventeen-and-a-half hours, with guests including Eastenders stars Jessie Wallace and Shane Richie, broadcaster Bobby Kerr and the Three Amigos of Jimmy Buckley, Robert Mizzell and Patrick Feeney.

Speaking of the Late Late, did you see Adele on America's version this week?

If you've been following the antics in the Celebrity Big Brother house, you can catch the latest scandal on TV3 from 9PM.

Also at 9PM, RTE2 are showing The Social Network - the movie about Facebook and Mark Zuckerberg's rise to fortune. Straight after, you can catch the highlights of this week's Golden Globes.
