Safety procedures on 'The Jump' are going to be reviewed after three celebrities were forced to pull out of the show with injuries.
Olympic gymnast Beth Tweddle is still in hospital following neck surgery after she took a tumble on the slopes. Fellow Olympian Rebecca Adlington and actress Tina Hobley have also had to quit the programme after being injured.
Some viewers have expressed outrage on Twitter, asking the network to cancel the show "before someone dies".
