Jack Whitehall will guest host tonight's Graham Norton Show. It's the first time in 20 years that Norton will miss presenting a show.

Instead, he'll be in Tel Aviv getting ready for the Eurovision Song Content Grand Final, which takes place on Saturday May 18th.

“I was so honoured Graham asked me to do this for him,” Whitehall said. “The thought of stepping into his huge showbiz boots fills me in equal measure with fear and excitement. Worst case, I will make everyone appreciate just how lucky we are to have him.”

Graham added: “I’m thrilled to know that I am leaving the show in Jack’s capable hands. He is bound to do an amazing job. I should warn him not to get too comfortable in my chair though, because like a slightly fey terminator, I’ll be back!”

On tonight's show, Whitehall will welcome Star Wars and Game of Thrones star Gwendoline Christie who is playing Titania in A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

Beauty and the Beast actor Luke Evans, who stars in new comedy film Murder Mystery, is also on tonight's episode.

Footballing great Peter Crouch and comedian David Walliams will be on the red couch.

Sam Fender is tonight's musical guest.

The Graham Norton Show airs on BBC One at 22:35.
