Chris O’Dowd has been announced as one of the cast members in the upcoming season of Black Mirror.
The Roscommon actor joins notable names like Rashida Jones (Parks And Recreation) Peter Capaldi (Doctor Who) and Awkwafina (Crazy Rich Asians) for the next edition of the popular dystopian thriller.
A teaser trailer for the new season dropped on social media this week, revealing the full cast for season 7.

Not much more is known about the upcoming season of Black Mirror aside from the actors involved.
When it was announced that the show would be returning for another season, it was confirmed that one of the episodes would be a sequel to USS Callister, a popular episode from Season 4.
Season 7 of Black Mirror is currently being filmed and will be released on Netflix sometime in 2025.
