He was the sole Irish representative on last year's Love Island and he joined us on Big Breakfast this morning!
Dami Hope, who grew up in New Ross, Co. Wexford, was a micro-biologist before he appeared on the popular ITV dating show last summer.
He found love with contestant Indiyah Pollock from London and the two are still going strong 6 months later. In fact, Dami told us what the pair of them did to mark the anniversary.
We also get some Love Island truths out of him when Rebecca and Brendan asked what lessons he learnt from his time on the reality TV show and he revealed that he finds Love Island viewers 'confusing'.
