Richard Dunne has been included in Giovanni TrapattoniÂ’s provisional 29 man squad for next monthÂ’s crucial World Cup double header.
The Italian was happy to include the centre half after watching him perform yesterday for QPR and is joined in the panel by Robbie Keane, Joey OÂ’Brien and Paddy Madden.
Anthony Pilkington has also been included, as he continues to look for his first Ireland senior cap. But once again, Kevin Doyle has been left out of the squad.

TrapÂ’s first choice between the posts for the last 3 qualifiers David Forde could be fit in time to push Kieren Westwood for a starting place.

While Westwood has become the number one at Sunderland – Forde is recovering from knee surgery but the Irish doctor told Trap he may play for Millwall before the international break.
