QPR have won the most valuable game in football by beating Derby County in the Championship play-off final at Wembley.

With so much on the line, it was understandably a very nervy first half.

Richard Dunne and Kevin Doyle started for QPR, while Jeff Hendrick and Richard Keogh were in the Rams starting 11.

The game sprung into life with 20 minutes remaining as Derby's Johnny Russell was though on goal, before being brought down by Gary O'Neill, who was shown a red card.

and from there, it looked as though only one side would win it.

But despite all of Derby's pressure, QPR broke in the 91st minute, where a mistake from Richard Keogh gave Bobby Zamora the one chance that he needed to make it 1-0.

Richard Dunne continued his brilliant performance at the back to hold out for the remaining three minutes and help QPR back into the Premier League.
