The destiny of the Premier League title is still in the hands of Manchester City, after they picked up a 3-2 win away to Everton in the late kick off.

Sergio Aguero and a double from Edin Dzeko helping move City above Chelsea and Liverpool.

Time ran out for Cardiff and Fulham however.

Cardiff lost 3-0 at Newcastle with goals from Shola Ameobi, Loic Remy and Stephen Taylor....

While Fulham went down 4-1 away to Stoke City. Odemwengie, Arnoutovic, Assaidi, and Jon Walters scoring for the Potters.

But amazingly, Sunderland who were in 17th place in the table, won 1-0 away to Manchester United.

Seb Larrson helping the Black Cats to their third straight win, and they move onto 35 points.

Cardiff on 30, and Fulham are on 31 with one game remaining, so both are heading into the Championship.

Elsewhere, it ended Aston Villa 3. Hull 1.

Ashley Westwood and a double from Andreas Weimann on target for Villa.

Rickie Lambert scored in injury time to give Southampton a 1-0 win away to Swansea.

And in the early kick off, West Ham beat Tottenham 2-0 at Upton Park, through a Harry Kane own goal, and a Stewart Downing free kick. That win was enough to secure their top flight status for another season.
