Martin O'Neill has named a 27 man squad for the Irish games against Oman and Georgia.

The big news is that Shay Given has been convinced by his new club coach, Roy Keane to return to the International fold. 

Darren Gibson is also back, after nearly a year out with a knee injury. Robbie Brady is also in the squad after a long term injury.

 

Goalkeepers: Shay Given, Rob Elliot, David Forde, Kieran Westwood.

Defenders: Richard Keogh, Marc Wilson, Seamus Coleman, John O'Shea, Alex Pearce, Joey O'Brien, Stephen Ward

Midfielders: James McCarthey, Darren Gibson, Glen Whelan, Aidan McGeady, Anthony Pilkington, James McClean, Robbie Brady, Stephen Quinn, David Meyler and Wes Hoolahan.

Forwards: Robbie Keane, Shane Long, Jon Walters, Daryl Murphy, Kevin Doyle, Anthony Stokes.
