Sean St Ledger has found a new club.

He's signed for Major League Soccer side Orlando City in a permanent deal.

He had been on trial with the American side and played in some pre-season friendlies.

The Irish International has been without a club since leaving Ipswich in December after a short term deal.

He was released by Leicester City last summer after 3-years at the club.

St Ledger has made 37 appearances for the Boys in Green.

And he played in all three of Ireland’s games at Euro 2012 alongside Richard Dunne at the heart of the defence.

He will be playing alongside Brazilian star Kaka at his new club.

"We're delighted to have Sean on our roster, as he brings a lot of experience at the Club and international level," said Orlando Head Coach Adrian Heath.

"He's a very versatile defender who is comfortable playing in several positions along the backline, which is a big bonus for the squad.
