S Club 7 are back making music for the first time in 20 years, this time to pay tribute to their late bandmate Paul Cattermole.

Paul sadly passed away in April of this year, just weeks after the band announced they were returning for a reunion tour around the UK and Ireland.

According to The UK Sun, the band will release 'These Are The Days' a track to pay tribute to their time with Paul.

“It didn’t look like S Club were ever going to make music again but Paul’s tragic passing has brought them closer than ever. They have bonded in their grief” a source told the Sun.

“The single has been written by the same team who were behind the majority of their No. 1s. It is a beautiful slice of nostalgia and fans will instantly recognise it as S Club.”

“It sounds like a classic which will slot right in with their old tunes. It is about looking back at what an amazing man Paul was and the video was extremely emotional for them all. It celebrates his life and the amazing career S Club have had.”

In the wake of Paul's death, the band renamed themselves 'S Club'. Their reunion tour will still go ahead and they'll be bringing it to the 3Arena on the 16th of October 2023.

However it will just be 5 of them performing on tour as Hannah - who had a past relationship with Paul - decided against taking part.
