The ‘Rock n Roll Half Marathon’ is underway in the city.
Live bands will entertain the participants as they run from the Docklands along the northside of the Liffey River towards Phoenix Park.
O'Connell Bridge and Butt Bridge are closed while the Marathon passes.
Gardai are diverting traffic and motorists can expect disruption this morning.
