Two of Dublin's venue operators are merging.
The Mercantile Group and Capital Bars Group will employ 600 people and have revenues of around 40 million euro a year.
The new group, which will operate under the Mercantile Group name, will include such venues as Cafe en Seine, The George, Pichet, Howl at the Moon and Whelans of Wexford Street.
