Tayto Park has plans to build a €14 million steel roller-coaster.
Park owner Ray Coyle told the Irish Times that plans for the attraction will be lodged with Meath County Council next week.
The coaster will be the same height as the park's popular Cu Chulainn ride, but it will be 400 metres longer.
It's aimed to have plans secured by next year, build the roller-coaster in 2020 and open it to the public in 2021.
