A group of charity fundraisers will take on a grueling open water swim off the Dublin coast today, to help one of Ireland's biggest mental health charities.
14 volunteers from 'Suicide or Survive' will make their way from Poolbeg Pier in Sandymount to Dun Laoghaire Harbour.
The 6 and a half kilometre 'against the tide of suicide' challenge is expected to take around two hours.
All money raised will go directly towards support services.
