Gardai are continuing to search for a 4 man gang that stole a car from German tourists who stopped to help them when they were involved in a road accident in County Wicklow.
The men carjacked the couple's Mercedes, injuring the woman in the process.
The car was later found abandoned in County Carlow.
Gardai suspect the four men had carried out a burglary in Carlow earlier yesterday and were making their getaway in a stolen Volvo, which they crashed in Wicklow when the tourists came across them and tried to help.
The woman sustained minor injuries during the incident.
