Ryan Tubridy is still the highest-paid presenter at RTÉ.
New figures from the broadcaster show that The Late Late Show host earned €495,000 in 2015.
Ray D'Arcy - who rejoined RTÉ in 2015 - earned €400,000, putting him in second place
Joe Duffy, Miriam O'Callaghan and Marian Finucane make up the top 5, while Sean O'Rourke, Claire Byrne, Nicky Byrne, Bryan Dobson and Darragh Maloney round out the top 10.
RTÉ Director-General Dee Forbes said the issue of gender pay "is an important one", and noted that a gender equality review will take place across the organisation.
