Emergency legislation could be brought in to help speed up the planning process for prefab-style housing units in Dublin.
It's in a bid to tackle the ongoing homelessness crisis.
A total of 500 units will be built over time and Environment Minister Alan Kelly said today that he aims to have "a certain amount" of these in place before Christmas.
