Oscar Pistorius has been found guilty of murdering his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp on appeal.
He had been found guilty of culpable homicide but that conviction has been upgraded in a South African court this morning.
The court found that he must have foreseen when he fired four shots into the bathroom of his home in February 2013, that the person behind the bathroom door might be killed.
Pistorious is currently under house arrest after spending one year of his five-year sentence in jail.
He will now have to be resentenced and it's almost certain that he will have to return to prison.
Judge Eric Leach said it cannot be accepted that he fired without thinking of the consequences of his actions.
