A major European summit will close down the area around the Convention Centre today and tomorrow.
Leaders like German Chancellor Angela Merkel are due to jet later today for the European People's Party congress.
They will choose a candidate for the top job in the European Commission.
Meanwhile though a number of groups are to protest outside the summit.
