Microsoft has been granted permission to build a mega headquarters in Leopardstown to accommodate up to 2000 staff.

It includes an 8 million euro fee to the council for parks, roads, and public transport.
The four to five storey building over a two level basement is designed to make the most of the Leopardstown Racecourse and woodland views.
It would also include a gym and an ESB sub-station.
The new headquarters would be build on a 3 hectare site and if no appeals are made it could be completed by 2016.
